By accessing and using any part of this site, the visitor/consumer ("you") agrees with www.eastgateradiators.com ("we") to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept these terms, you may not use this site or access or display any of the information made available to you at this site. These terms for the sales of goods govern any contract for sale that www.eastgateradiators.com enters into with you.  Your statutory rights are not affected.
 
To be eligible to purchase products on the Website and lawfully enter into and form contracts on the Website under English law you must: 
  • Be over the age of 18 years.
  • Register by providing your real name, phone number, e-mail address, payment details and other requested information.
  • Stipulate a delivery address in the United Kingdom. Please note that PO Box numbers, hotels and accommodation addresses are not acceptable.
  • Possess a valid credit or debit card.

DELIVERY
PLEASE DO NOT ARRANGE FOR A PLUMBER UNTIL YOU ARE IN RECEIPT OF YOUR GOODS AND ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED.

UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO SIGN FOR THE GOODS RECEIVED IN GOOD CONDITION.
 
IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO CHECK THE CONTENTS OF THE PACKAGE AT THAT MOMENT IN TIME PLEASE SIGN FOR THE PARCEL AS “DAMAGED / UNCHECKED”.

FAILURE TO DO SO MAY AFFECT ANY CLAIMS THAT YOU MAKE THERE AFTER.

You must notify us of any damage within 7 days of the delivery. If we are not notified of damage within 7 days we are unable to claim from either the manufacturer or the courier. You agree to indemnify us in full for any losses we suffer as a result of your failure to notify us within 7 days.

 

If someone else is signing for the goods on your behalf you agree to advise them that the goods must be checked and you accept full responsibility for any loss or damage if they sign on your behalf and fail to check. You agree to indemnify us in full for any losses we suffer as a result of you accepting goods and signing a delivery note without checking the goods for carrier damage.
 
All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery.

 

PALLET ITEMS


This notice has been provided to inform our valued customers of the company’s procedure we have had to implement to ensure your order arrives to you intact.


After your order has been processed and has been placed with our suppliers, they  can provide the goods to us within 3-14 working days normally. There are cases in which  the delivery time can be up to 4-6 weeks for special orders.


If you do find yourself in a position that your requirements are URGENT then please inform us and we will do our up most to fore fill your requests.


Time after time we unfortunately have had bad experiences with goods arriving to customers marked, soiled, broken or in several pieces. To prevent this from happening any more, we have shopped relentlessly to find a competent courier company that would provide both us and the customer with goods that will arrive intact, together with a personal service. 

 

This proved to be more of a challenge than anticipated and in doing so, we found that certain restrictions would have to be applied: 

  • Total time taken for goods to arrive will be 3-14 working days provided the item is in stock (although this may take longer if the item is a special order).
  • Furniture can only be dispatched every Thursday. 


OFFER OF ACCEPTANCE


A binding contract is formed between you and www.eastgateradiators.com when you receive confirmation from us by e-mail, fax or other agreed means that your order has been accepted.


CANCELLATION OF ORDERS


Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website within 7 days of receiving your goods and for a full refund excluding cost of delivery charge / return postage providing you take reasonable care of the goods whilst they are in your possession and return the goods (unused and unfitted) by (Royal Mail special delivery). 

If you would like to return the goods you have received you may do so but you must let us know within 7 days from the date you receive the goods. It is from this time we have 30 days to reimburse your funds but in most cases we can refund before this time.  We are not in breach of contract until this time has elapsed and will not absorb the cost of returned items.

Exceptions of the right to cancel your order relate to products that have been custom made to the consumers specification and /or clearly personalized to a special specification.

To cancel you can email us, or write to us (see paragraph 3 in delivery section) within seven days of delivery of your items, quoting your order number.

Special Order Items – i.e. whirlpool baths, bespoke towel rails, electric only towel rails, custom finish taps (finishes other than chrome) and special order ceramics and tiles will be subject to re-stocking charges which will vary on products (10-40%).
 

SUPPLY OF GOODS


www.eastgateradiators.com  reserves the right to refuse the supply of goods at its discretion.

If for any reason that goods may take longer than 30 days to be in your receipt we will notify the customer.  If this very rare event should arise then you have the choice to either wait for the goods to arrive or request a complete refund.

We will illustrate clearly the period in which any special offers are to start and for which time they must terminate.

Please note all our items sold are designed for UK installation only. 


PRICES


www.eastgateradiators.com prices are in Great Britain Pounds Sterling.
All orders to Mainland UK will be sent via road delivery. Delivery charge to Mainland UK will be notified within PayPal shopping cart system. Normally boilers are £25, Towel rails £15, Taps £10 - £15. All this is depending on how many items are purchased.

www.eastgateradiators.com endeavor to deliver within 3-10 working days from receipt of your order (delivery time of special items may take longer). All deliveries are subject to payment authorization. If an item is temporarily out of stock and dispatch is anticipated to be greater than 10 days, www.eastgateradiators.com will contact you by e-mail or telephone to arrange a new delivery date.

Under our 7 day money back guarantee, if for any reasons you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, www.eastgateradiators.com  will give you a full refund excluding cost of postage provided that goods are returned to us in the condition sent, by (Royal Mail Special delivery), within 7 days of you having received them. Please note we do not carry costs for returns. All returned items should be returned unused, and with all fittings and guarantees enclosed.
 
IF YOU WRITE OUR OR YOUR ADDRESS ALL OVER THE PRODUCT PACKAGING, THEN YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED SINCE THE PRODUCT IS NO LONGER IN RESALABLE CONDITION.


Regarding delivery of damaged or faulty goods:

  • Please examine the goods on delivery in case they are damaged or faulty.
  • Do not sign for them if so.
If you inform us within 3 days of delivery that the goods are delivered damaged or faulty we will generally replace them on site.

If you do not inform us within 7 days we shall have no liability for goods said to be damaged on delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Images on our website do not show the actual size of items. All sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible. On the rare occasion that there is an error, we will advise you about it as soon as possible.

Sometimes our product specifications may change, in which case we will do our best to offer you a substitute of the same or better quality at the same price.
If you are not happy with the replacement you can return it in accordance with our 7 day money back guarantee.
